Sandblasting & Blasting
We carry out professional sandblasting in our 10-metre blast cabin — from industrial structures to wheel refurbishment.
What is Sandblasting?
Perfect Surface Preparation — the Foundation of Every Lasting Coating
Sandblasting refers to a process in which surfaces are cleaned of contaminants, paint or rust using small abrasive particles and compressed air. When sand is used as the blasting medium, it is called sandblasting — the more widely known name for this technology.
Previously only sand was available for this purpose, but today blasting media are available in a wide range of materials, grain sizes and roughness levels. With the right choice of blasting medium and air pressure, almost any material can be blasted.
Blast cabin dimensions: 10 m long × 2.6 m wide × 3 m high.

Work We Accept
Sandblasting of steel, stainless steel and aluminium structures with the appropriate blasting medium:
The choice of blasting medium and air pressure depends on the workpiece material and desired roughness. Incorrect blasting medium or pressure can cause deformation in thin sheets — which is why expertise is essential.
Applications
Areas of Application
- Rust removal — cleaning old, corroded surfaces
- Removal of old paint — before complete resurfacing
- Surface preparation for powder coating — cleanliness grade Sa 2.5
- Wheel refurbishment — car and motorcycle wheels
- Cleaning metal structures — industrial machinery, tanks, bridges
- All in one: sandblasting + powder coating = time savings
Process
How We Work
Sandblasting
In our 10-metre blast cabin we remove rust, old paint and contaminants using the appropriate blasting medium.
Inspection
The surface is evaluated to Sa 2.5 standard — only flawless surfaces proceed to the next phase.
Handover / Powder Coating
The prepared surface is powder coated immediately or returned to you in coating-ready condition.
