Things to Know Before Ordering
Heat-Sensitive Materials
Curing takes place at 180–200°C — workpieces must not contain plastic, rubber or other thermoplastic parts, as these will melt in the oven.
Hanging Hole
Parts to be coated must have a hanging hole. Without one, we can drill it, but this is not part of the basic service.
Laser-Cut Components
Laser-cut parts should be deburred before coating — powder paint does not cover sharp corners and edges evenly.
Parts for Sandblasting
Parts brought for sandblasting must be free of oil and grease. If necessary, we can carry out pre-degreasing — please inform us in advance.
